  • KYB verification

    Corporate documents, winery licence, beneficial-owner disclosure. Standard MiCA-aligned process.

  • Authenticity bond

    Refundable bond proportional to the on-chain inventory. Released after redemption window.

  • Provenance integrity

    Every digital bottle is signed by your private key (or our custodial co-signing service for non-technical estates). One token, one bottle.

  • Quality-over-quantity floor

    Minimum AVG retail value €40 / bottle for the digital cellar. We protect collector value, not chase volume.

  • No exclusivity, no DTC disruption

    MVINE is additive. You keep your distribution, retail, importer, and DTC channels intact.

  • Audited treasury

    Protocol revenue and reserved allocations are publicly auditable on-chain. No off-ledger discretion.
