  • Disclosure & honesty

    All paid content must carry visible #ad / #partnership disclosure per FTC, ASA, and EU DSA guidelines. We never ask for hidden promotion.

  • Editorial freedom

    You keep creative control. We provide briefs and product context — you write the words. No ghostwritten posts.

  • No price prediction

    Strict ban on price targets, ROI promises, or 'guaranteed gains' language. Your audience is protected; so is your reputation.

  • Anti-bot audit

    Audience integrity check before contract: bot ratio < 25%, engagement floor by tier. We use third-party tooling — full report shared with you.

  • KYC for top tier

    Ambassadors complete KYC + tax-residency verification before any token allocation unlock. Sommelier/Curator: KYC only at threshold breach.

  • Sunset clause

    Either party can exit on 30 days' notice. Earned referrals and vested allocations carry over. No dead deals.
